The CAP Committee is dedicated to providing you guidance and support throughout the program. Below is an outline of CAP Key Learning areas identified; in developing your individual programs, we hope that you may be able to provide exposure/work experience in all or some of these areas:
- Corporate Culture/Industry Dynamics
- Market Research
- Financial Analysis
- Legal/Documentation
- Product/Service Development & Implementation
HOST PARTICIPATION PROCESS
- Complete the Host Commitment Form and forward to Michael McMillian by
email at Michael.McMillan@cushwake.com. - We ask that hosts provide an $12/hour stipend, payable directly to the interns.
- Student applicants will be pre-screened by the Committee via an application, essay, resume and transcript, then information about candidates forwarded to hosts. The Committee will do their best to match an applicant with specified preferred skills. Hosts may interview potential interns in addition to making the final hire decision.
