UC Berkeley Student Application Procedures
Thank you for applying to the summer 2008 CoreNet Northern California Apprentice Program (CAP). The committee will be looking for committed, highly competitive and qualified students who show potential in becoming the next generation of young leaders in the commercial real estate industry.
The committee is looking for
- Well rounded individuals
- Outstanding academic progress
- Aptitude for leadership
- Teamwork
- Analytical capabilities
- Great interest in real estate
A competitive candidate will have
- Cumulative G.P.A. of 3.20
- Taken or currently enrolled in Introduction to Real Estate & Urban Economics (UGBA 180)
- Taken or currently enrolled in Introduction to Business (UGBA 100)
As part of the application process, students will need to complete and submit the following no later than March 7th, 2008 Applications submitted after the deadline date will not be considered.

We ask all applicants to attend the Information Session on February 29th at Haas. Decisions will be announced on or around April 2nd. (See CAP Important Dates & Schedule for more information). You may be asked to attend one or more interviews during our selection process.
