Great Race Great Cause
The Community Reinvestment Race
Thursday, October 2, 2008
The Great Race is a charity scavenger hunt hosted by CoreNet Global Northern California Chapter, IIDA and IFMA located in downtown San Francisco. The hunters will be provided clues for secret locations based on fun historical facts, local hotspots and art pieces that are walking distance in downtown. At each location, the hunters will be responsible for solving the puzzle and filling in their clue sheets with the appropriate answer or collecting their item. Hunters will be participating in teams of four. Participants may sign up as a team or individually.
Proceeds from our hunt will benefit the local charity of the winning team's choice and a portion of the proceeds will also benefit the CoreNet Global Northern California Chapter Apprentice Program, IIDA Scholarship Fund and IFMA Foundation. Additional awards and prizes will be presented at the Awards Reception following the scavenger hunt.
