Program Description:
With its 2006 U.S. Workplace Survey, Gensler definitively showed that workplace design matters to people and that it directly impacts their performance. In 2007, Gensler once again revisits the American worker with a survey designed to dig deeper and uncover how workplace design can drive innovation and improve worker engagement. The findings point toward practical, actionable strategies companies can undertake to improve productivity through better workplace design.
